What’s this one about?
Scott Howard from digitalAim will present at Bunnyfoot’s ‘International Festival of Brainfood’ on the 21st of August. DigitalAim is an online customer experience and online marketing consultancy that helps clients balance the input of the competing skill-sets involved in fulfilling and tracking their digital communications.
Scott will talk about planning for the best possible end-to-end customer experience through considered information architecture, customer profiling, usability testing, intuitive design and engaging use of copy. He will also give some advice to clients who want to respond positively to the empowerment of prospective customers in a web 2.0 era.
Scott set up the Union Advertising Agency’s digital wing in 1998 and has since ran a division of search engine optimisation specialists Bigmouthmedia as well as leading Navy Blue digital. Scott set up digitalAim in 2006 to help clients gain a better handle on the variety of different types of digital agencies, perspectives and technologies available to them. DigitalAim offers strategic online brand planning and brief and tender writing, as well as giving clients the informed questions needed to ensure smooth project management and the best return from their digital creative or web development agency.
